This place suits me perfectly, providing free Wi-Fi, a fitness studio, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me with directions for dining. Highly recommend it for a comfortable stay. I'll be back for xmas!

Target audience unsatisfied

The staff member on the floor was pretty accommodating, offered to change the bedding. After my interaction, I felt a glimmer of hope, but it quickly faded.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but I guess you get what you pay for.

The room was spacious with a comfy king-size bed. I loved the neat wet bar area and cute audio outlets for entertainment. The quietness was a major plus after long days.

But dear heavens, the whole 'grab n go' breakfast had me longing for a proper meal. I mean, chocolate muffins? I'm not a child anymore!

Strategic location nearby shopping

The room setup was moderately comfortable, with spacious areas. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired and the furniture showed wear. The lack of towels and basic toiletries was frustrating, especially after a long day of travel. It felt more like an afterthought than a welcoming accommodation.

The location was super convenient, right by the mall. The staff was friendly, Jay was polite and helped me out. I also loved the comfy bed and the spacious layout of the room.

We loved the spacious room with a cozy setup, and moving around was a breeze! Plus, the access to premium TV channels kept everyone entertained during down time. A visit to nearby Cherokee Run Golf Club was a highlight for us, making the stay memorable for the whole family.

Location near shops was helpful. however, dirty room left much to be desired, with stains and unpleasant odors everywhere. Attention to cleanliness is urgently needed.

Honestly, my stay in the King Studio Suite was a mixed bag. The spacious layout was great with the separate living area. But the cleanliness was a huge letdown. The floor had stains, and I noticed some dirt in the tub. The A/C wasn’t working well and there was a funky smell lingering. Just not what you’d expect. Definitely needs some serious upgrades.

However, the room's cleanliness was lacking, with dirty linens and unkempt areas making it feel less welcoming. Additionally, the elevator was out of order, which was inconvenient during my six-night stay. While the globally inspired dishes were appealing, more attention to the basic amenities would enhance the overall experience.
